Older Model Vehicles (5 years or older and travelled over 100,000km)
We prefer not to purcahse outright these types of vehicles because in order to maintain our reputation for selling first class vehicles it is important that we concentrate on the later models.Obviously the way to get the best price for selling one of these vehicles is to endeavour to sell it privately through the local newspaper and the West Australian, Sunday Times, Quokka and the Auto Trader publications are the obvious choices. It is important that you do not set an unrealistically high price; that you are available to take calls once the vehicle is advertised and that your description of the vehicle is accurate. At the end of the day the market will determine the price of your vehicle and if you advertise for more than three of four weeks without success then obviously your price is too high, you need to reduce it.
As an alternative the quickest and most convenient way is to sell your vehicle to a dealer and there are dealers who specialise in these types of vehicles or alternatively you could sell the vehicle to an auction house.
